Are the stock brake pads on the Nissan 370Z reliable?

I've heard mixed reviews about the stock brake pads on the Nissan 370Z. Some say they're great for occasional track use, while others say they wear out too quickly and need to be replaced often. What has been your experience with the stock brake pads on your 370Z? Any recommendations for a high performance replacement?

I've had my 370Z for over a year now and I've found that the stock brake pads are not reliable for frequent track use. I've had to replace them twice already.
