Can the Nissan Qashqai be used for off-roading?

I've been interested in buying a Nissan Qashqai, but I'm wondering if it's suitable for off-roading adventures. I've heard mixed opinions on its capabilities. Can anyone give me some advice on whether or not it's a good off-road vehicle?
