Does upgrading the suspension improve the off-road performance of a Nissan Navara?

I recently purchased a Nissan Navara and I'm looking to improve its off-road capabilities. I've heard that upgrading the suspension can make a significant difference, but I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. Can anyone share their experience?

I've been off-roading with my stock Navara and haven't had any issues. Unless you're planning on doing some serious off-roading, I don't think it's necessary.
