Is it better to upgrade the exhaust or the suspension on a Nissan 370Z?

I've been thinking about making some upgrades to my Nissan 370Z, but I'm not sure where to start. Should I focus on upgrading the exhaust for better performance, or should I invest in a better suspension for improved handling? What do you recommend?
