Is it worth it to buy a used Nissan GT-R?

I've been eyeing a used Nissan GT-R for sale, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. The car has around 50,000 miles on it and has had two previous owners. Is it a good idea to purchase a high-performance car like this used? Will I run into any costly maintenance issues?
