Is it worth purchasing a Nissan Qashqai or should I go for a different SUV?

I am currently looking for a new SUV and I'm considering the Nissan Qashqai. However, I'm not sure if it's the right choice for me. Are there any known issues with this vehicle or should I consider other options?
