Should I upgrade my exhaust system on my Nissan GT-R?

I've been thinking about upgrading my exhaust system on my Nissan GT-R, but I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. Can someone with experience provide some insight on the performance gains and potential drawbacks? Thank you!
