What are some good off-roading routes for the Nissan X-Trail?

I recently bought a Nissan X-Trail and I'm looking for some challenging off-roading routes to test it out on. Can anyone recommend any good ones?

I would suggest checking out the Red Rim Trail in Utah. It's a great mix of challenging terrain and beautiful views. Plus, it's not too far from where you are in Utah. Happy off-roading!
