What is the best oil to use for a Nissan 370Z?

I recently purchased a Nissan 370Z and I want to make sure I'm using the best oil for my car. I've heard different opinions about which oil is the best, so I'm looking for some advice from fellow Nissan 370Z owners. What is the best oil to use and why?

I've been using synthetic oil in my Nissan 370Z and it has been performing great. It's more expensive, but it provides better protection and lasts longer.
