What is the optimal charging schedule for a Nissan Leaf?

I recently purchased a Nissan Leaf and I'm trying to figure out the best charging schedule to maximize its battery life. I have a daily commute of 50 miles and only have access to a level 2 charger. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
