What to do if the fuel economy on my Nissan Navara is low?

I've recently noticed that the fuel economy on my Nissan Navara seems to be lower than usual. What could be causing this and what can I do to improve it?

It's possible that your tires may be underinflated, causing your vehicle to use more fuel. Check the tire pressure and inflate them to the recommended level.
