Why do my windshield wipers not work on my Nissan Qashqai?

I was driving in the rain the other day and tried to turn on my windshield wipers, but they didn't work. I checked the fuse and it seems to be fine. Any suggestions?

Have you tried checking the connection between the windshield wiper motor and the switch? It's possible that there could be a loose or damaged wire causing the issue.

I had the same problem with my Qashqai and it turned out to be a faulty windshield wiper relay. I would suggest replacing that and seeing if it solves the issue.
