Is it worth it to upgrade from the base model Nissan Qashqai to the top-of-the-line trim?

I'm considering purchasing a Nissan Qashqai but I'm not sure if it's worth it to spend the extra money on the top-of-the-line trim. Can anyone give me their experience and advice?
